The original Foreign = Enemy was found tacked to a post on Wilshire Blvd. and about 20th street in Santa Monica. It was a Xerox copy so I assume that many more exist somewhere.

Since I've had time to study this closely I feel it's important to point out a few items:

1) Austrian - An adjective. What does this mean? Why is Austrian circled? This could be the key.

2) Raideo - Was this an intentionally aggressive misspelling?

3) infulltration - Again, is he coining a new word? Like, is this the ultimate plural form of 'infiltration'? If the entire population of one nation infiltrates another, is it an 'infulltration'?
